There are two types of eSIM you can have:
UK eSIM (your main SIM with data, calls, texts, and EU roaming)
To set this up, just carefully follow the on-screen instructions step by step during sign-up. You can always skip the instructions and install your eSIM from the Dashboard later.
💡 Tip: Make sure you’re on Wi-Fi during setup.
If you ever need to reinstall later: Log into the Dashboard → select the right plan in the Plan overview (in case you have multiple UK plans) → tap eSIM Installation instructions under the eSIM section→ follow the steps to reinstall.
Global roaming eSIM (for data use outside Europe)
From the Dashboard → select the right plan in the Plan overview (in case you have multiple UK plans) → select Add global data roaming
Follow the on-screen instructions to install your eSIM
This will install your separate roaming eSIM for worldwide use.
We will also send you an email with your eSIM instructions so you can install your eSIM from there.
