How do I get a replacement eSIM?

If you’ve deleted your eSIM (either your UK or global roaming one), you don’t need a replacement. You can reinstall it directly from your dashboard:

  • Log into the Dashboard → select the right plan in the Plan overview → tap eSIM Installation instructions under the eSIM section→ follow the steps to reinstall.

You only need a replacement (or so-called SIM swap) if you’re moving to a new phone or can’t reinstall the original eSIM. In that case, please contact our support team:

  • Log into the Dashboard → go to Help → click on Chat with us or send us an email.

We’ll issue you a fresh eSIM quickly. Please bear in mind that we only allow one SIM swap every 6 months for free. Any additional SIM swap will incur a £1 charge.
