If I change my phone, will I need a new eSIM?

Yes - when you move to a new phone, you’ll need a new eSIM. eSIMs can only be installed on one device at a time, so your old one won’t transfer over.

To get a replacement eSIM, just reach out to our support team:

  • In the Dashboard → go to Help → either email us or use the Chat with us button to connect to live support

We’ll send you a fresh eSIM so you can set it up on your new phone. We issue one free eSIM replacement (SIM swap) every 6 months. Additional replacement come at a cost of £1.
