What happens if I delete my eSIM?

If you delete your eSIM, don’t worry - you can reinstall it yourself from the Dashboard:

  • Log into the Dashboard → select the right plan in the Plan overview → tap eSIM Installation instructions under the eSIM section→ follow the steps to reinstall.

You only need to contact support if you’ve also changed phones or can’t reinstall for some reason. In those cases, we’ll issue you a replacement eSIM (SIM swap).
