How do I take my current mobile number with me to another network?

We’re sorry to see you go! But don’t worry, it’s a quick process and you should be using your current number with the new network in about one business day.

Here’s the scoop:

  • You’ll need a PAC from us to transfer your number. There’s a few ways you can get this:

    • Go to Your Profile in the app (top right corner icon) → Cancel your plan → tap Request PAC (if you can't see the Request PAC button, you have to cancel your plan first)

    • Text ‘PAC’ to 65075 from your current SIM. You'll receive your PAC within 60 seconds.

  • Once you've got your PAC, hand it over to your new network, and let them handle the transfer. They'll sort out the technical side to shift your number over.
