We’re sorry to see you go! But don’t worry, it’s a quick process and you should be using your current number with the new network in about one business day.
Here’s the scoop:
You’ll need a PAC from us to transfer your number. There’s a few ways you can get this:
Go to Your Profile in the app (top right corner icon) → Cancel your plan → tap Request PAC (if you can't see the Request PAC button, you have to cancel your plan first)
Text ‘PAC’ to 65075 from your current SIM. You'll receive your PAC within 60 seconds.
Once you've got your PAC, hand it over to your new network, and let them handle the transfer. They'll sort out the technical side to shift your number over.
