How do I keep my current number when joining?

Updated today

When you first install your eSIM, you’ll get a new number which you can use whilst you transfer your old number over.

You’ll need to use a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) to transfer your number, which you get from your old network and give to us. Don't worry - we'll walk you through the process in the onboarding journey in the app.

  • You'll be prompted to transfer your number during the sign-up but you can do it at any point afterwards too

  • If you want to transfer your number at a later date, you can do so from your dashboard by clicking on "Keep your number" under the "Plan" section or by clicking the "Keep your number" button directly on your plan card

On the date you’ve chosen, we’ll transfer your old number to your new eSIM! The process typically finishes by 9 PM on the day you’ve chosen, and you may experience brief service interruptions during the switch. Sometimes, the port can take an additional day.

🔔 Things to Remember

  • You have up to 30 days after leaving your old provider to request a PAC.

  • If you’re currently abroad, you may need to wait until you're back in the UK. For most providers, you must be in the UK to request a PAC.

  • To request your PAC code, text "PAC" to 65075
